Pan Tumaca…kind of…

This Catalonian tapa/snack could not be easier. They key is fresh tomato sauce, made by boiling and peeling tomatoes, then pureeing with a little salt.

imageToast your bread, rub with a slice of garlic and drizzle a little olive oil over it while its still hot (I’ve been loving hojiblanca)


Have it plain with tomato or follow my lead and top it off with some Paleta…I’m inclined to throw ham on just about everything these days
